The oldest Sun Lakes homes go back to 1972 and the newest are from the 2000s, and nearly all of them are single-level houses or attached villas. The commercial side of Sun Lakes is the community itself: HOA and club operations, clubhouses, association offices, restaurants and pro shops attached to the courses. We clean those on a schedule, nightly or weekly, after hours when the building is empty or during hours where that works better.
