This page explains what Day Cleaning Solutions collects through this website, what we do with it, who touches it along the way, and how to ask us to delete it. It is short on purpose. A cleaning company does not need much from you beyond a name, a way to reach you and an address to clean.

What the Quote Form Collects

When you ask for a quote through the form on the contact page, we ask for your name, your email address, your phone number, the city or address of the property, the kind of cleaning you want, and a message. Everything in the form is something you type yourself. The form does not read your contacts, your location or anything else from your device.

You can also skip the form entirely and call (480) 531-3048 or email daycleaningsolutions@gmail.com. Then the only record is the call or the email itself.

What the Server Sees

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel keeps standard server logs: the address your connection comes from, the browser and device type, the page you asked for, and the time. Those logs exist to serve the pages and keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify visitors, and we do not combine them with what you type in the form.

How Your Message Gets Delivered

When you press send, the form hands your message to a transactional email provider, whose only job is to deliver it to our inbox at daycleaningsolutions@gmail.com. That provider processes the message to deliver it on our behalf and holds a copy for the period its own terms describe. Our inbox is a Google account, so once the message arrives it is stored under Google's terms as well. No other company sees your form submission.

How We Use It

We use what you send for one reason: to answer your request. We read the message, call or email you to talk through the property and set a time for a walk-through or the first clean, and write up the quote. If you hire us, the same details go into your job record so the crew knows the address, the schedule, the access arrangement and any notes about pets or alarms.

Asking for a quote does not put you on a mailing list. We do not send newsletters, and we do not run text campaigns.

Cookies and Analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own: no marketing cookies, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels that follow you to other websites. Your browser may store the ordinary technical items it stores for any site, and this site works fine if you block or clear them.

We run no analytics today. We may add Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read; when we do, this page will name it, say what it collects, and explain how to opt out.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not hand it to lead brokers, marketers or other cleaning companies. We share it only with the people who need it to do the job you asked about, such as the crew member cleaning your property, and when the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

If you request a quote and do not hire us, we keep your message long enough to reply and follow up, then delete it. If you hire us, your contact details and job notes are kept for as long as we clean for you, and afterward for as long as Arizona law and ordinary business practice require for invoices and taxes.

Asking Us to Delete or Correct Your Information

Email daycleaningsolutions@gmail.com from the address you used on the form, or call (480) 531-3048, and ask. We will delete your form submission and the copies we hold, except records we are legally required to keep, and confirm by reply. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to fix a detail that is wrong, such as an old phone number.

Children

This site is for adults arranging cleaning for a home or a business. It is not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we collect or use information, or add an analytics tool, we update this page and the date at the bottom. Using the form after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

You get a call or an email from us about the quote you asked for, and a follow-up if we have not heard back. If you decide not to go ahead, say so and we stop.
