About Day Cleaning Solutions
We run Day Cleaning Solutions from East Main Street in Mesa. It is a family-owned and operated company that cleans homes on one side and offices, retail spaces and other commercial properties on the other, and the owner is the one who answers the phone and puts your quote together.

Who we are
A Family-Owned and Operated Cleaning Company
Day Cleaning Solutions is family owned and family run. The owner answers the phone, works out the quote and stays the person you talk to, so when something needs sorting out you are not explaining it to a stranger reading a ticket.
The work splits two ways and always has. Homes get deep cleans, regular upkeep and the seasonal cleanouts that a house in the desert needs. Workplaces get offices, retail floors and every other kind of commercial property cleaned on a schedule the building sets. Neither one is a package off a shelf. The scope is built around the rooms you actually have and the way you actually use them.
What the crew is judged on is the detail: the corner behind the door, the track on the shower glass, the baseboard nobody looks at until it is the only thing they can see. Customers write about that more than anything else, and it is the whole reason a recurring account stays a recurring account.

What a Clean Includes

In a home
A standard house clean covers the rooms you live in: dusting, wiping down counters and surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, bathrooms scrubbed, the kitchen wiped, inside the microwave, baseboards where they can be reached, and the trash and recycling taken out. A deep clean adds the inside of the oven and fridge, blinds, ceiling fans, walls and light fixtures, which is why it is the right first visit for most homes and the right seasonal reset for all of them. Move-out and move-in cleans are deep cleans of an empty home, worked to the landlord's or HOA's checklist.
The quote
How a Quote Comes Together
Call (480) 531-3048 or use the contact page. For a house or apartment, we can usually scope it on the phone: number of bedrooms and bathrooms, rough square footage, pets, whether you want a one-time clean or a recurring schedule, and the day and time you have in mind. For a commercial building, we walk it with you first. Square footage, restroom count, floor types, what the tenant wants touched and what they want left alone, and when the crew can be in the building all go into a written scope. Nothing starts until you have that in hand and agree to it.
- Space
Bedrooms and bathrooms, or square footage, restroom count and floor types.
- Frequency
A one-time clean, or a schedule the building sets: nightly, weekly, after hours.
- Details
Pets, access and keys, and anything the tenant wants left alone.
- Quote
A written scope. Nothing starts until you have it in hand and agree to it.

Our promises
What We Stand Behind
In Arizona there is no state trade license for cleaning, so licensed means the city business license and tax registration are in order, and insured means you are covered if something goes wrong in your space. Ask and we will send the paperwork.
The way we clean is chosen with the people, pets and surfaces in the room in mind.
Customers mention it in their reviews more than anything else, and it is what a recurring account is really buying.
If something was missed, say so and we come back and fix it.
Calls and bookings get answered day or night, which matters when a tenant leaves on a Sunday or an office needs a clean before Monday.
How it works
How We Work

One: the call
You reach us at (480) 531-3048 or through the contact form, tell us the address and what you need, and we ask what we need to know.
Two: the scope
A phone quote for most homes, a walk-through for every commercial building, and a written scope either way so there is no argument later about what was included.
Three: the clean
The crew arrives inside the agreed window with its own supplies. Keys, alarm codes and lockboxes are handled the way you asked. Room by room, list in hand.
Four: the check-in
A text or email when the crew is done. On recurring accounts you have one point of contact, and the same crew where the schedule allows.
