Commercial Cleaning in the Scottsdale Airpark and North Scottsdale

One block in the Airpark can hold a hangar, a wealth management office, a dealership showroom and a medical device company, and each of them wants a different kind of clean. That variety is the whole character of the place.

Day Cleaning Solutions cleans across it, from the corporate campuses near Perimeter Center to the showrooms along the airport and the suites around Kierland, with a scope written for each building rather than a single checklist stretched over all of them.

The Airpark in Numbers

The Greater Scottsdale Airpark had roughly 66,070 employees, 47.9 million square feet of buildings and 3,339 companies in 2023, and it is projected to reach 70,000 employees and 50 million square feet by 2030. That makes it one of the largest employment centers in Arizona. Discount Tire, Axon and Vanguard are among the employers, and Scottsdale Airport sits in the middle of it all. Finance and wealth management, tech, aviation, medical devices, corporate headquarters, luxury retail and hospitality are the industries that fill the buildings. Class A spec suites here have been picking up occupancy, which means new tenants moving into freshly built-out space and wanting it kept that way.

Perimeter Center, Kierland and the Corporate Campuses

The corporate side of the Airpark is campuses and mid-rise office: the Vanguard campus, the Axon headquarters, Perimeter Center and the buildings around Kierland. These run like campuses anywhere: badge access, a security desk, a vendor lot, a loading dock, a facility manager who wants one phone number and a vendor who shows up every night. Our office cleaning scope is the base for those buildings, and for the wealth management and financial tenants that make North Scottsdale their address, the bank and financial office cleaning page describes the client-facing standard we hold lobbies, meeting rooms and restrooms to.

Spec suites deserve a word of their own. A tenant who moves into a freshly finished suite has new carpet, new glass and new millwork, and the first six months decide whether it stays looking new. Nightly trash and floors, a weekly rotation on glass and ledges, and a monthly pass on baseboards and vents keep a new build-out from aging early, and the scope is written with that rotation spelled out rather than left to chance.

Dealership Showrooms and Retail Along the Airpark

The Airpark is one of the metro's dealership concentrations, and the Airpark 2030 report counts those dealership buildings in its 50 million square feet. A showroom lives or dies on glass, and a service lounge lives or dies on the restroom and the coffee station. Our auto dealership cleaning is set up for both, with showroom floors, glass walls, sales offices, the customer lounge and the service write-up area on the nightly list and the shop floor handled only as the dealer directs.

Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter bring the retail side, and the hotels and restaurants around them bring hospitality. Our retail store cleaning covers sales floors, fitting rooms, stockrooms and storefront glass after closing, on the schedule the center's hours allow, and our restaurant cleaning handles the dining room, the restrooms and the host stand area once the last table has cleared.

Medical Suites in North Scottsdale

Medical device companies and the physician practices around HonorHealth Scottsdale Thompson Peak make healthcare a real part of the Airpark. The hospital handles its own environmental services. The independent clinics, specialty practices and dental offices around it are our work, and our medical office cleaning runs on each practice's own protocol and disinfectant list, with clinical and sterile rooms off our list unless the practice puts them on it in writing. Medical device companies are a mix of office and controlled production space, and the scope draws that line the same way: offices, lobbies, break rooms and restrooms are ours, and the production side is entered only where the tenant says so.

Airpark Logistics: Hangars, Garages and Security Desks

A few things are particular to cleaning in the Airpark:

  • Aviation tenants. Hangar offices, flight schools and charter operators keep odd hours and have their own security. The office and lounge side is ours; the hangar floor is not, unless the scope says so.
  • Dust. Open airfield, desert lots and constant construction north of the 101 mean grit at every door. Entry mats and lobby floors are on every visit.
  • Distance. Our home base is in Mesa, on East Main Street, and the Airpark is a run up the 101. A nightly account here is a normal route for us, not a special trip.
  • Hard water. Restroom fixtures, showroom coffee bars and break room sinks scale up fast in North Scottsdale, so descaling goes on a rotation instead of waiting for someone to complain.
  • Day porter. For a showroom or a busy corporate lobby, a daytime porter keeps glass and restrooms up between the nightly cleans.

Along with nine other districts, the Airpark is mapped on the commercial cleaning by district page, and our full commercial cleaning hub explains the facility pages, and the Scottsdale page covers the city's homes and neighborhoods.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Showroom glass, floors, sales offices, the customer lounge and restrooms are nightly work, and the write-up area and shop office are added where the dealer wants them.

We do. We can clean one suite or the common areas and every floor, and we coordinate access, elevators and trash with the property manager the same way either way.

Yes. Scottsdale is on our route, and the Airpark specifically is a freeway run up the 101 that fits a night crew's schedule without trouble.
