House and Business Cleaning in Scottsdale, AZ

There are two Scottsdales when it comes to housing. South of Osborn and around Old Town it is 1950s to 1970s ranch homes on small lots, single-story, a lot of them remodeled, a lot of them rented.

North of Shea it is 1990s to 2020s custom homes on desert lots in DC Ranch, Grayhawk and Troon North, with more square footage, more glass and more decomposed granite blowing at the windows. McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch sit in between, 1970s and 1980s, with the lakes and the golf. Day Cleaning Solutions cleans all three from our base in Mesa.

Scottsdale's 243,006 people in the 2025 estimate live across ZIPs from 85250 and 85251 in the south to 85262 and 85266 in the far north, and the city has a very high share of second homes and short-term rentals, which changes what "house cleaning" means here.

Two Scottsdales: South of Osborn and North of Shea

A South Scottsdale ranch house clean is compact: tile or wood floors, one or two bathrooms, a kitchen, a patio, the sills and blinds. Many of these are rentals, so deep cleaning between tenants, inside the oven and fridge and cabinets, is a frequent call. A North Scottsdale custom home is a different day of work. More bathrooms, more shower glass carrying hard water scale, high ceilings and fans that need a proper pole, a pool deck and a set of patio doors that track grit onto stone floors every time the wind blows.

We quote them differently because they are different. We talk through the house on the phone, or walk it if it is large, and the scope goes in writing. We are a family-owned and operated company, licensed and insured, and we take calls and bookings seven days a week, day or night.

Second Homes and Short-Term Rentals in Scottsdale

Winter visitors arrive in Scottsdale in October and November and leave in April and May, and the second-home owner wants the house opened up and clean the day before they land. Short-term rental owners need a reliable turnover between guests, and they need it to look like the listing every single time. Both are recurring relationships more than one-off jobs: we hold a key or lockbox code by agreement, we know the house, and a text or email goes out when the crew is done so an owner in another state knows the place is ready.

For a close-up clean in the spring, the fridge gets emptied and wiped, the beds stripped and the dust covers on if the owner wants them, and the patio furniture wiped before it sits through a Scottsdale summer.

Scottsdale Airpark to Old Town: Commercial Accounts We Take On

The Greater Scottsdale Airpark had about 66,070 employees, 47.9 million square feet of buildings and 3,339 companies in 2023, with Discount Tire, Axon and Vanguard among the names. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and Perimeter Center are the office and retail anchors, and HonorHealth Thompson Peak anchors the medical side. Down south, Old Town and the Waterfront carry the Galleria Corporate Centre, SkySong, Scottsdale Fashion Square and HonorHealth Osborn, with the restaurant and nightlife district around them.

The Airpark accounts that fit us are the mid-size ones: a suite in a Class A building, a standalone professional office, a clinic near Thompson Peak, the front office of an aviation business. We wrote a page for each end of the city: Scottsdale Airpark and North Scottsdale and Old Town and South Scottsdale. No account starts without a walk-through and a written scope, and restrooms get done every visit without being asked.

Salons, Showrooms and Resort-Adjacent Businesses in Scottsdale

Scottsdale has more salons, spas and med spas per block than anywhere else we work, and salon and spa cleaning is a natural fit: stations wiped down, shampoo bowls and treatment rooms cleaned to the owner's standard, floors swept and mopped after close, restrooms restocked. Dealerships cluster along the Airpark, and auto dealership cleaning means showroom glass and floors before opening, the service lounge and its restrooms through the day.

Businesses next to the resorts, from Old Town restaurants to North Scottsdale golf shops, get held to a resort guest's standard by their customers, and we clean to it.

Desert Dust and Pool Decks on Scottsdale Lots

North of Shea, the lots are desert and the landscaping is decomposed granite, which means every monsoon outflow from June 15 to September 30 sends a fine dust at the windows and doors. The homes with the most patio glass get the most of it inside. Pool decks and pavers track grit onto stone and tile floors. Between storms, spring pollen from March through May and hard water on the glass round out the year.

Scottsdale borders Phoenix on the west with Paradise Valley tucked against the south side of the mountain, Tempe at its southern tip and Fountain Hills to the east. All of them are on our coverage page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We hold a key or lockbox code by agreement, open the house before you arrive, close it after you leave, and send a text or email with each visit.

Yes, on the schedule your bookings set. Give us the calendar and we work the turnovers into it, and we tell you if a checkout-to-checkin window is too short to do properly.

Yes. Mid-size suites, professional offices, clinics and dealership showrooms are the best fit. We walk the building first and put the scope in writing.

On a first clean we descale it properly; on a recurring schedule we keep it from building back up. Wiping alone does not get mineral scale off glass.
