Commercial Cleaning by Business District

Office space in the Phoenix metro is not spread evenly. It piles up in a handful of corridors: the towers downtown and along Central Avenue, the law firms on Camelback, the lake front in Tempe, the campuses on Price Road in Chandler, the Airpark, Old Town, the office parks around Sky Harbor, the new construction in Deer Valley, and the corridors of our own city, Mesa.

Where the buildings concentrate, the janitorial route follows, because a night crew is only as good as its ability to get from one building to the next and into each one on time.

That is how Day Cleaning Solutions plans commercial work. A route built around a district means the crew knows the garages, the docks, the security desks and the trash rooms before the first night, and it means one building's schedule can flex without wrecking another's. Each district below has its own page describing what is there, which facility types dominate and how the practical side of cleaning there works. The facility pages themselves, from office cleaning to medical office cleaning to warehouse and industrial cleaning, are listed on the commercial cleaning hub. We are based in Mesa, and most of these districts are a short freeway run on the 60, the 202 or the 101.
