These terms cover the cleaning work Day Cleaning Solutions ("we," "us," "our") performs for homes and businesses across the Phoenix metro, and your use of this website. When you request a quote, book a clean, sign a service agreement with us, or use this site, you agree to them. If a written quote or signed service agreement says something different from these terms, the written document controls for that job.
What We Do
Day Cleaning is a family-owned and operated cleaning company based on East Main Street in Mesa. We clean homes and workplaces: recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, and commercial and office cleaning for offices, retail spaces and other commercial properties. Your written quote describes exactly what we will clean at your property. Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work at a particular price or on a particular date.
Quotes and Scope
A quote is based on what we learn on the phone, through the form, or at a walk-through of the property. The quote lists the rooms and tasks included, the frequency if the clean recurs, and the price. Work outside that scope, such as an oven interior on a standard recurring visit or a garage that was not part of the walk-through, is priced separately and added only with your approval. If the condition of the property turns out to be very different from what was described, we will tell you before we start and agree on any change in writing.
Scheduling and Access
We take calls and bookings seven days a week, day or night, and we give you an arrival window for each visit rather than a fixed minute. To do the work we need a way in: someone home, a key, a lockbox, a gate code or an alarm code, handled however you and we agree. Keys and codes are used only to clean your property on the scheduled day. Please let us know about pets, alarms, security cameras, and anything fragile or off limits before the first visit. For commercial properties, the person who signs the agreement is responsible for telling us about after-hours access rules, alarm procedures and any areas we must not enter.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Plans change, and the sooner you tell us the easier it is to move a visit. Call (480) 531-3048 as early as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any rescheduling or cancellation terms that apply to your job are stated in your written quote or service agreement, and those terms control. If we cannot get into the property at the scheduled time because no one is there and no access was arranged, we will call you before treating it as a cancellation.
Payment
Your written quote states the price and when payment is due. Recurring residential and commercial cleaning is billed at the frequency and by the method set out in your agreement. Accounts that stay unpaid past the agreed terms may be subject to the ordinary collection remedies available under Arizona law.
Our Work and Your Property
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless you ask us to use something specific, and we follow eco-friendly cleaning practices where the job allows. We are licensed and insured. If something is damaged during a visit, tell us right away, ideally before the crew leaves, so we can document it. Please put away cash, jewelry, medication and important papers before a visit; we are not responsible for loose valuables left out, or for wear or damage that existed before we arrived. Some surfaces, such as unsealed grout, glass etched by hard water, and worn finishes, cannot be restored by cleaning, and we will say so rather than promise a result we cannot deliver.
Day Cleaning offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you believe something in the agreed scope was missed, tell us as soon as you notice so we can look at it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, our liability for any claim arising out of our work or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the visit or agreement the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for pre-existing damage, or for conditions we were not told about. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing takes away rights you have under Arizona consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These terms and every agreement with us are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If a dispute comes up, call us first. Most problems are fixed with a conversation. If we cannot resolve it that way, you and Day Cleaning agree that the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, before a single neutral arbitrator, rather than in court, and each of us gives up the right to a jury trial. Either party may instead bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
You and Day Cleaning agree to bring claims only as individuals, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action, and the arbitrator may not combine one person's claims with another's or preside over any form of class proceeding.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. The terms that apply to a job are the ones in effect when you booked it or signed the agreement.
Frequently Asked Questions
For a one-time residential clean, the written quote you approve is the agreement. Recurring residential and commercial work gets a short written service agreement that lists the scope, the schedule and the price, so nobody has to remember what was said on the phone.
Ask. Small additions can often be handled on the day, and larger ones get a revised quote. Either way you approve the change before we do the extra work.
Yes. Call or email us and we will confirm the last visit date. Any notice period that applies is written in your service agreement.
