Residential Cleaning Questions

A regular clean keeps a home that is already in shape from slipping: dusting, counters and surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms and the kitchen scrubbed, inside the microwave, trash out. A deep clean gets into what a regular visit skips: inside the oven and fridge, blinds, ceiling fans, walls, light fixtures and every baseboard. Most homes start with a deep clean and then move to recurring visits.

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly are the three schedules we run. Households with kids, pets or a lot of tile usually land on every two weeks. The dust in the East Valley, especially during monsoon season, tends to push people toward more frequent visits than they first expected. Start with one, and change it if it is not enough.

Both. Two of the reviews on our Google profile are apartment cleans. Gate codes, parking, elevator access and the building's rules about hallway use all get sorted before the crew arrives, so the visit does not stall at the front door. See apartment and condo cleaning.

No. Plenty of customers hand off a key, a garage code or a lockbox and come home to a finished house. Others prefer to be there the first time and leave a key after that. Either way, how we get in and how we lock up are agreed before the first visit, and the alarm is handled the way you tell us.

Commercial Cleaning Questions

Offices, retail spaces and other commercial properties across the Valley. That runs from a single office suite to medical and dental practices, gyms, churches, schools and daycares, restaurants, banks, salons, dealerships, warehouses, coworking spaces and apartment communities. Every building type has its own page under commercial, starting with office cleaning and janitorial services.

Yes. Nightly, weekly, after hours or during hours, on the schedule the building needs. Most offices want the crew in after the last employee leaves and out before the first one arrives. Restaurants want after close. Churches want the days between services. We build the schedule around the building, not the other way round.

You do, and we restock from your supply as part of every visit. Cleaning products and equipment are ours. If you would rather we handle ordering consumables, bring it up during the walk-through and we will work out how to fold it into the scope.

You call us directly at (480) 531-3048. Missed nights and dirty restrooms are why janitorial contracts get cancelled, and the answer to both is one point of contact who is responsible and reachable. The scope is in writing, so there is no argument about what was supposed to be done.

Scheduling and Service Area Questions

Call as soon as you know the date, especially for move-outs with a lease deadline and for rental turnovers before a showing. We take calls and bookings seven days a week, day or night, and we will tell you honestly what the calendar looks like. We do not promise a specific turnaround time on this page because it depends on the week.

Mesa is home, and the East Valley (Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon) is where the crew spends most of its time. We also work Phoenix, Scottsdale and the North Valley, the West Valley from Glendale to Buckeye, and Pinal County towns including Maricopa and Casa Grande. Every one of them is listed on the service areas page.

One-time cleans are fine. A deep clean before guests arrive, a move-out clean at the end of a lease, a rental turnover between tenants, or a one-off reset of an office before an audit. No contract required for a single visit.

Yes. Call or text as early as you can and we move it. Recurring customers shift visits around holidays and travel all the time. The sooner we hear, the easier it is to give the slot to someone else and find you a new one.

What to Expect Questions

Pick up anything you do not want handled, like paperwork, jewelry and loose cash, and clear the counters and floors as much as you can so the time goes into cleaning rather than moving things. Tell us about pets, alarm codes and anything fragile. For an office, let staff know the crew is coming and which desks are off limits.

Yes, for every residential and commercial job. If there is a product you want used or avoided in your home, tell us at the quote stage and we will work with it. Our eco-friendly cleaning practices are the default; specific product preferences are yours to set.

When the crew finishes, you get a text or an email saying so. If you are home, someone will walk the space with you before leaving. If you are not, look it over when you get back and call if anything was missed. We stand behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and the way to use it is to tell us.
